This is a review of Mandy who was my realtor during the purchase of my new home. I can say that Mandy was a joy to work with and she did an outstanding job!!! I lived in a far away state and was buying my house sight unseen. This causes a Very difficult situation and I needed to have 100% confidence in my agent and I did in Mandy. Not being in the area causes numerous problems. I looked for my house for almost two years and I'm sure she spent a huge amount of time working with me vs the normal situation. She would view the houses, videotape them and send her evaluation and the tapes to me. I can't say enough good things about her and appreciate the fact that she could stay sane during all of this time. I'm sure she spent countless hours touring and videotaping numerous homes and sending them to me vs a normal situation. Finally, I found a house that met my desires and we concluded to purchase. She is an outstanding agent and I can highly recommend her as your agent. I also want to publicly thank her for staying sane during this process.

I can’t say enough about how professional and reliable Mandy Petersen is! This is my 3rd home purchase and she has been consistently attentive and responsive and represented my interests through the whole process of searching, putting in offers and ultimately purchasing my home. Her extensive knowledge and experience has been invaluable and I recommend her to anyone with no reservations.

A couple of years ago, I was very impressed with Mandy's patience, clarity, and thoroughness as she helped our son find his first home. When the time came to list our home recently, my husband I were very thankful to have Mandy's calm professionalism, excellent communication skills, and her great knowledge of the local market and real estate laws/practices to help us sell our home. She went above and beyond over and over during the process. Mandy is thorough, careful, considerate, considering...she is an amazing person and an outstanding realtor.

Mandy, was excellent to work with and was a great communicator. She helped us prepare our home, had it listed and sold our home in under 2 weeks. She was very knowledgeable and presented us with all the details that we needed to accept the best offer.

We met Mandy 3 years ago when we moved to Waco from Michigan. She was very easy to talk to, welcoming and knowledgable. She helped us find our first home here, then helped us again when circumstances changed, and we needed to sell that first home and find another. We have been very impressed with how she treated us. She really listened to my concerns, what I was looking for, and showed me places that were what I was looking for while also being aware of potential limitations to each place. Mandy was an exceptionally professional realtor. I'm so glad we chose her to represent us in selling our house. She was wonderful from first contact to closure. She was prepared with initial listing data such as comparable homes, listing prices, square footage, etc. She kept us updated throughout the process. She was always checking in and kept an eye on other homes for sale in our neighborhood. She responded promptly and professionally to the barrage of emails and text messages I sent her with accurate information or encouraging comments (when showings were slow). She was the voice of reason and provider of sage advice when we had to make some hard decisions. More importantly, she made me feel like I was her one and only client. Mandy worked with my brother in law to find a house, and then when he passed 2 years ago, Mandy helped us sell his house. We had such a positive experience with her, we asked her to help us sell our house. She is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful!
